🔁 Returns
Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
Please note:
Items such as customized products, clearance items, or those used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, contact our support team:

- A brief reason for the return (and photos if applicable)
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) with instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g., changed mind), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
💰 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different item or replacement?
Contact us at support@tivismart.online, and we’ll help you arrange an exchange or offer store credit (based on stock availability).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition or packaging
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue and your order details.
We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund right away.
